George was a top producing salesperson for a leading Honda dealership in Southern California and promoted to team leader, closer, manager and eventually became their Director of Sales Training. As a hands-on visionary, George created a complete in-house training program and developed a solid reputation for his ability to recruit, hire, train, motivate and coach a top producing team of sales professionals.
George Dans has been helping automotive dealerships reach the next level in sales, gross and team performance since 1993. He has championed several training seminars and workshops on a factory level for Toyota, Honda, Daimler Chrysler and Kia - all resulting in measurable increases in unit sales, market share and customer satisfaction. George has recently completed custom in-house training for dealerships in Canada, Puerto Rico, and Mexico; plus he has spoken for several NIADA groups and ADA groups including: Ohio, Massachusetts, Georgia, Texas, Australia, Colorado, South Dakota, Nebraska and more.
George spoke at the National Auto Dealers Association Convention and Exposition and was a top rated speaker. He is also a featured trainer for NADA and their continuing education classes. George has been selected as a prestigious member of the National Speakers Association. His client base includes successful companies with revenues in excess of $250 million dollars. George has spoke at the Mexican Automotive Symposium, Daimler Chrysler Minority Dealers Association, Wisconsin Automotive & Truck Dealers Association, the Buy Here Pay Here Conference, and various 20 Groups across the country.
